Refund policy

AI Work Studio products are instant digital downloads (PDF files, and ZIP files for bundles). Because the files are delivered right after purchase, sales are generally final.

When we will make it right

Email workstudioai.pl@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase if:

• a file is broken or will not open,
• you were charged twice for the same order, or
• you bought the wrong edition (for example, the middle school version instead of the high school version).

Include your order number. We will fix the file, swap it for the right edition, or refund the purchase.

Etsy purchases

Purchases made on Etsy also follow Etsy's purchase protection.

Updates

Where a product notes a free refresh (for example, a v1.1 update), keep your receipt so we can confirm your purchase.
